History of the Department

In the Academic year 1986-87,due to increase in the stength of Science faculty students and as per their demand ,the College introduced MATHEMATICS as one of the Science subject at FYBSc level and then at SYBSc level.

After completing SYBSc ,the students used to go for Mathematics as a special subject in different Colleges.Usually the girl students every year repeadately asks for Mathematics as a special subject in our college,so keeping this in mind we started Mathematics  as a UG special subject from AY 2020-2021.
