Examination Committee:
The college has a transparent and robust evaluation process in terms of frequency and its time-bond mode of operation. The College Examination Committee (CEC) has been constituted which is as follows:

Role :
- To coordinate the all the internal and external examination activities between university and college as per Academic Calendar of both University and College, as per guidelines and rules of SavitribaiPhule Pune University.
Functions :
- To follow the procedure of online examination application form process as per schedule declared by SavitribaiPhule Pune University with the help of faculty-wise mentor system, students’ facility centre and the Office of the college.
- To conduct the internal and external examination as per time table and to communicate examination results, the grievance redressal system rules to the students with proper mechanism as per SPPU guidelines.
Mechanism for Grievances RedressalSystem :
- As per SPPU guidelines, grievance redressal system is operated at University level and as well as internally at college level for smooth operation of examination work which helps to resolve issues related to
- Correction in hall ticket / admit card about student’s personal, subjects,
Course Information.
- Unfair means during examination, which are communicated to SPPU.
- Correction or misprinting in question paper, if any, is communicated by
CEO and SPPU Examination section to the students immediately.
- After declaration of result, the process of rechecking is carried out within 10 days, for students those are applied, by providing photocopy of answer books as per SPPU guidelines.
- After rechecking process, the process of revaluation of answer books is carried out for students those are applied and completed. Then necessary changed or unchanged information is conveyed to that each student through their mail.
